Hello, my name is Gabriel Kellman.
I’m a writer, editor, and videographer based in the St Paul MN area. I’ve worked in a variety of creative fields and learn fast, so I love to take on new and interesting projects.
I’ve grown up surrounded by storytellers, and love helping others tell their stories. I graduated from the university of St Thomas in 2022 with a major in English and a minor in Mixed digital arts, so I have the tools and aptitude for creative projects.
My services:
Copywriting
Writing original content for advertisements, web copy, creative projects, etc.
Copyediting
Fixing spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure within a written work.
Filming
Video filming and production. Lights, camera, and microphone will be provided.
Video editing
Editing together video clips I’m given into a finished project in accordance with your creative vision. I use Premiere Pro for video editing.
Photography
Taking pictures with professional camera equipment for events, projects, etc.
Projects:
Wrote, created, and edited the Into Dreamland Player’s Handbook and GM’s Handbook.
Wrote the short story The Visions of a Single Eye for the literary collection Of Gods and Globes 3.
Helped with submission selection for, copyedited, and contributed to layout design for, the 2022 issue of the literary journal The Summit Avenue Review.
Shot, co-directed, and edited the launch trailer for the book Gossamer Summer by H.M. Bouwman.
Shot, directed, and edited the music video Ain’t a catch! for the local band Abalone fisherman.
Did photography for, and shot and edited instructional videos for, the martial arts school Kuk Sool Won of St Paul.
